Our staff here at RichTex Fabrics & Furnishings takes great pride in our work, and we genuinely want every client to be thrilled with the beautiful drapes and custom decor we create in our local workroom in Alabama.
If you are not satisfied with your drapes or custom decor, please contact us within 15 days, and we will do everything we can to make it right for you.
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs and remake or fully refund the project. In some cases, we may deduct a 15% restocking fee from the refund, and return shipping costs would not be covered. All drapery or custom decor returns must arrive in new condition, in the original packaging in which the order was shipped. Give our customer service team a call at 1-251-625-2889.
The return policy does not apply to any return based on fabric selection. Please be sure of your fabric selection prior to ordering custom decor. Free fabric swatches are available by mail; just give us a call at 1-251-625-2889 or send an email to support@richtexfabrics.com.
COM and Custom Fabric
We’re sorry; we cannot provide refunds for drapes or custom decor made from COM fabrics (customer’s own material) purchased outside our collection.
